About Me

Dr Coral Westaway, Clinical Psychologist

I have worked, supporting thousands of people in psychology, mental health and social care for two decades.
I blend Energy Psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you heal and integrate different parts of yourself. By working with younger parts and clearing ancestral patterns, we break the cycles of intergenerational trauma that leave us responding in ways that disappoint us. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, this approach can release old patterns and reconnect you with your true self. It can stop the unconscious reactions, improving relationships and increase confidence.
I bring warmth, care and extensive experience to create a space where you feel safe, seen and understood, enabling deep, meaningful change.
Having walked this path, I know the courage it takes. Reach out for a free 20-minute consultation and take the next step towards the change you’re ready for.
